| I ordered my A+ Core HW voucher three days ago and still have not revieved it. I got no transaction number or the voucher number. What are your guys experience with them. What should I do? I wanted to take the test on thursday as that is my only free day for a while. Thanks. | |

You can refund them all!
This is the same case of me.
They didn't send me any voucher for 1 months!!!

| Well, on the site it said that I should recieve the voucher within a few minutes. And holiday season or not, i still should have gotten some kind of contact. I know i sound like scrooge but i'm really pissed of right now. Examvouchers charged me for the voucher. I've emailed them probably 4 or 5 times without a single response. How would i go about on getting a refund? | |

| Yep, call your credit card company and tell them you never received the product and you've tried to contact the company and haven't gotten a response. They'll give you your money back. They'll then get the money back from the company and charge them a penalty. It's called a "chargeback". Merchandisers HATE getting chargebacks because they have to pay a fee and the credit card company keeps a record of it. It's kind of like a late payment on a credit report. If a company gets too many chargebacks, the credit card company will stop processing payments for them and cancel their account. | |

| Same thing with me, I bought a voucher for server+ on Jan 2nd and they charged my card on the 3rd but no contact to any of my emails and no voucher. I'm callin my CC on Monday. | |

| Maybe I'm just lucky but I ordered through them three times and always got my voucher within about 4 hours. | |

| Well looks like this type of stuff on examvouchers.com has been happening for a while. I still have not gotten my v0ucher from there yet btw, i ended up having to go to Superv0uchers.com. I searched around and am finding other forums and people saying they had the same problem with no contact and these posts were back in November of last year, and some were December. Apparently also the owner of examvouchers.com is also the owner of this site and qod.us and cert21.com from what im finding out. I dont know if something happened to him or if he decided to rip people off all of a sudden but all i know is dont buy anything from those sites. I have already gotten my cc to chargeback the amount. |
