Hi,

I am looking for a helpdesk system of an enterprise network. They are having around 1500 Users(workstations) in the network. Anybody can recommend me which are the best helpdesk systems in todays market? I had heard that remedy is good one. Any other recommendations?

Peregrine Service Center is what we use. No complaints.

I've used Peregrine Service Center too. It's a good system.
