Hello.
I am thinking of taking MCDST and have BVR paying for it. My counselor wants me to prepare a one to two page report on why and what type of jobs used it. So, any links from anyone would help me.

Any level I or level II support position would use that type of skill set.

i.e.
Helpdesk
Technician
Desktop Support
Microcomputer Specialist
Applications Specialist
Email Specialist
etc.
