I looked at NTTAP too, and while it seems to offer some promise, it does not appear to be an "apprenticeship". I consider an apprenticeship to be on-the-job training. From what I read, it's a 2-week bootcamp followed by help with job placement. (Am I mistaken?) That could be risky- I have heard of people with certifications and no job.
