A network of a small company with 15 PCs. The owner of that company wants to monitor the users activities. There are many softwares like radmin, pcanywhere etc. but these softwares are not accurate for managers level. Any other recommendations?

whenever the owner is in his office he wants to monitor them. Lets say minimum 4 hours in a day. The employees are playing games and doing their personal activities more as compare to business activities on the computers.

Take a look here.

There are registry edits you can do that hides the little icon that appears in the system tray after the software is installed.
