| I attended a class on Mac troubleshooting with them a few months ago.
It was pitiful. One of the Mac's in the classroom actually went bad during the class and wouldn't reboot.
The instructor looked at it and walked away. When the student asked what he should do, the instructor ignored him and started talking about another topic. After an hour, the student fixed the problem, then the instructor came over and asked how he fixed it!
I couldn't believe it.
btw, the reference material was terrible and the equipement they used were very old G3 Imac's. I only asked two questions during the class, and the instructor couldn't answer either of them. I didn't learn ANYTHING.
My experience with them was very bad.
If you have to pay for the class, don't do it.
If your company is willing to pay for it, find someone else. |
