Windows XP acting weird!

| I have a computer with the following specs:
Pentium III 600MHz, 256MB of memory, Windows XP Professional, etc. It is all updated and running....kind of ok, except for the fact that whenever I need to scroll up or down a page on the web it looks as if the page were overlapping itself(very slow scrolling).
The scrolling of the page does not happen normaly. Whenever I need to see what´s at the bottom of a page is a nightmare. At first I thought it was IE, but this also happens whenever I open even a folder or even a Word document.
Everything has been updated to the last minute. I am really puzzled!
Any help will be very much appreciated! | |

| make sure you have got the correct video drivers installed. Don't rely on the ones XP has installed. Get the video card manufacturers ones. | |

| I agree with enforcer, most likely the drivers for the video card. |
