Anyone know of a good software package that will track licenses/usage of software down to the individual machines as well as giving an overall picture of usage and licensing?

You can also take a look at Belmanage at www.belarc.com. There is also a free single user version called belarc advisor so that you can get a sample of its capabilities. The single user version is nice to have even if you dont use their server products.
