We have a new Windows Server 2003 with 10 Device CALs. I'm looking to use Terminal services and make the server an aplication server. I had trouble finding information of Terminal Server lincensing for Server 2003. I also am trying to find a multi user license for Office. I would like to find out if anyone else has any ideas, information or suggestions. I've looked at microsofts site and found little information on terminal services for 2003.

The biggest differences between TS for Win2K and 2K3: 1) In 2000 Server, 2K and higher clients didn't need have device CALs purchased, there is no such freebie in 2003 server; and 2) in Server 2003 you can assign CALs per device OR per user.

On M$'s site it mentions (or it did a couple of months ago) about being able to obtain TS CALs for Server 2003 for Windows XP Professional. Don't bother trying, this expired back in December 2003.
