We are running Windows 2000 Server Terminal Services. Currently we have Windows 97 installed on the server. We are having problems with clip art. Only one user can use it at a time. Microsoft acknowledges the issue and I found a fix on their site for Windows NT Terminal Services. Does someone know the fix for 2000?

We tried the fix but it didn't work. In fact, we followed the directions like microsoft said and we couldn't even find the clip art afterwards. When we deleted what we did, it worked again.

Have you tried importing/installing the clipart for each user?

I believe it might have been this article.

This article is something similar to what you mention.

May not be the "exact fix", but might be worth trying.

Yes, it would appear so.

We haven't tried installing clip art for each user but that seems like a long tedious option to try.

The fix didn't work. We found the right areas to put the fix in but nope sure didn't work.

Any other options

Which fix didn't work?

I believe you are still talking about your other posts concerning the Terminal Server running on Windows 2000 and the Office 97 Clip art?
