1)Why do you want to leave your company?(I can't say I don't like the boss, overworked less pay,can I?)
2)Do I have to answer the question like: how much your current employer pay you?
3)I am very experienced in my job, but my academic results are not at high grades. What is the best way to present myself to the interviwer?
4)How do your desribe your current boss?
5)I don't like the IQ test in the interview, what should I do?
6)How do you describe yourself?
Thank you

1. seeking greater advancement opportunities or to broaden skillset.
2. probably.
3. focus on your experience. it more important anyway.
4. dont say anything negative
5. clam up and do your best.
6. nothing negative. hard worker, eager to learn, self-starter, etc.

Geez, I forgot how to use tml!
No, not wise to say that. "I feel as though I have achieved a great deal at that enterprise, and I've learned a lot. In order to maximize my opportunities for growth in the industry I'm exploring the possibilities at other firms."
quote: 2)Do I have to answer the question like: how much your current employer pay you?
I'm adequately compensated within the standard ranges for employees doing the same work with comparable experience.
quote: 3)I am very experienced in my job, but my academic results are not at high grades. What is the best way to present myself to the interviwer?
When the conversation drifts to grades, gently steer it back to experience: "I realize that my scores weren't at the top of my class; however, since that time I have acquired a great deal of experience, which has helped to augment the education I have."
quote: 4)How do your desribe your current boss?
*whew* I've never had this one, and I hope you don't either. HOwever, learn the positive alternatives to negative descriptives. LIke "assertive," instead of "bossy," "driven" instead of "a slave driver", ambitious, whatever you do, do NOT paint your boss as a bad guy--the interviewer will see you as either a troublemaker or someone who will be difficult to satisfy.
quote: 5)I don't like the IQ test in the interview, what should I do?
Never had one of them either as part of the job seek process. Any company that uses an IQ test as part of hiring criteria probably has a bunch of idiots doing the hiring, and a bunch of worse idiots doing the jobs. IF you absolutely have to take one, take it and do your best--but don't sweat it. It's garbage anyway.
quote: 6)How do you describe yourself?
Well, how DO you describe yourself? Again, look for the positives. Are you driven, ambitious, eager to learn and eager to prove yourself? Easy to get along with, or prefer to take an assignment and work alone? A good communicator? Private? Reclusive to the extreme?
Questions like that are usually Human Resources questions to give the REAL interviewer an idea of how to interview you. The guy who wants to know if you can do the job won't ask them, so you'll have a chance to focus on what you do best.
Good luck and let us know how it goes.
