| why don't you find out what you have to work with before you start to plan your attack.
step 1, gather info, constratint and resources
step 2, research, gather info on possible solutions
step 3, forumulate plan of attack
step 4, executing the plan
step 5 evaluate, testing and blah blah
and hopefully in the time between you have posted the original message and waiting for our reply, you have purchased a book on SQL? or have searched for a SQL tutorial site?
most MS OFFICE book has a couple chapter on ACCESS, real basic stuff.
Then there are MS ACCESS books,
