We are pricing out some Dell Optiplex SFF machines. What does the SFF mean? I looked at the specs and didn't see anything different.

Is SSF then saying it has a smaller, sleaker design more for space saving?

Small Form Factor are designed to have a smaller foot print and save on space. Be cautious though if you plan on upgrading or swapping any drives, standard desktop drives will not fit in the SFF case.
