Author Basic certification questions

I am getting ready to take a Word 2002 exam and I have some basic questions. Actually I have failed it before so this will be another exam. I feel I know how to do what I am asked but for some reason I am failing on a very basic formatting section. Will Certiport grade a question wrong if you leave a dialog box or menu open or should it be closed before clicking on next? If you are working on a table and leave a column or row highlighted could they grade that against you? Just trying to think of everything before testing again.

Well swillis, unfortunately your post has been viewed 35 times by the geniuses on this forum and no one has given you a reply. My only conclusion is that either the word exam is right up there with the CCIE exams or no one just gives a rats a$$ about your problem. Unfortunately I cannot help you, but don't give up,work your way around these forums, because there are some really great people here, they just need to see your posts. Best of Luck

What post a question in the right forum where people that can help hang out? Unheard of!!

Many people do not read the general forum and would never see her message. Too many flame wars start here like accusing people of refusing to help.

I definitely agree rus.. But from experience it took me a little more than 2 posts before I felt comfortable using this forum...Yes and I like most was guilty of posting more than one thread or reply in the wrong forum.....Not trying to flame anyone but I got some incredible help from you and others when I was studying for my A+ exam, I just want to see others who need help maybe get the same feedback..
BTW Red Sox in 6 this year for the Series, and they won't be playing Steinbraggers crankies...LOL....I know that was tacky

What my crude, rude and lewd associates are trying to tell you is that there is a forum called MOS/MOUS that addresses those topics specifically. You'll probably have better luck getting a straight answer there; although I'm not sure I'd count on it. There's a guy that haunts that forum, though, who's a MOS master and has been very helpful in many of my office questions. If you don't get help there, PM me and I'll get him to email you.

Ooops my fault, read it when I was having a quick look in, just before I left a customers site, and didn't have time to post a copy in the forum of mice.

Lets see here ....you think New England is the worst? Well you can't be talking about sports teams, or anything for that matter when you compare NE to NY. I mean other than the Yankees in NY, who else is a winner in the LARGEST sports market in the country?

NY can't even compete with New Jersey, let alone New England. Here's the rundown...

Giants --haha, that team has guy's who go on reality tv shows like "The Bachelor" and are believe it or not, under a curse of their own. CHUNKY SOUP ...

http://www.dlewis.net/unpublished/chunky_curse.php3

I do believe one of your boyz does a commercial for them ---"Watch the gap"

Jets --even funnier. Not everyone can be Joe Namath. Then again, I do recall him speaking on SundayNF last season with a BAC of about .20. You remember his line right -- "I wanna kiss you". What an @$$.

http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/20...math.kolber.ap/

Mets --well there was 1986, but 'what have you done for me lately?' Might as well add the Yankees to that list too. That's right. You may have beat the sox last year, but watching you lose both Andy and Roger in the off-season was quite soothing. A-Rod will not makeup the loss of those two.

Rangers --uhhh nope!

Devils --they don't count right? New Jersey right? Ha, try and claim'em. Maybe they'll move to the bronx afterall and you can then say you have a winner.

Knicks, is it even worth bringin'em up? Here's a great move. Lets hire Isiah Thomas as our new General Manager. Ha, he couldn't hack it in Toronto. Got canned by Larry Bird in Indiana. Yeah, now he brings in our X-Celtic/----ANOTHER Alcoholic center Vin Baker. Oh yeah, real winners in that town.

Oh wait, there's the Nets. Then again they're from NJ too.

So NE can't be that bad when it comes to sports teams. I mean, we have great teams in NE, and didn't you read?

http://in.us.biz.yahoo.com/bw/040331/315103_1.html

MA, short for Massachusetts, is in NE and it was named the #1 State in america for science and technology. Where's NY on that list? Worse, look who is popping up at #7 AGAIN --New Jersey. Sorta funny how that state keeps popping up when you try to think of anything positive in NY.

I think the word you want is 'worse', not worst. Perhaps attending one of our (New England) 'higher' education institutions would help?

Don't worry, you wouldn't be the first.

I did use "worse." Perhaps you should visit a NY eye doctor and stop the New England witchcraft.
