Chams Helpdesk is a really nice website we use at our job to assist people with setting up their email, dial-up networking, etc. It allows you to click through the program as if it was on your own system. When someone calls with an Outlook 2003 or even a Mac problem, it's really hard to walk them through it unless you have that same program or OS on your system, and chasms let's you do that. We have Outlook express but not Outlook on our computers, for example. Most of it you have to pay for, though. Has anyone else used it?

I just checked it out seems very useful for helpdesk/support issues.

even looks like they offer the service for a couple hardware devices as well.
