CAUSE
This behavior may occur if the servers in your conferencing site do not all have the same version of the Exchange 2000 Conferencing Server service pack installed.

I was at MS site and didn't find the
KB info that you posted 'azimuth40'
Again thanks.
We have moved our NT4 server to 2000
and working on change over of the PictureTel 330 systems to the new polycom VTC's.
Tandberg 2500 series is working well with the T.120 interface.

Ah so you are doing video. sounds like I found the one that you needed. Glad that I could help, good luck sounds like a big conversion. Viewstations eh and you are taping too. That must be keeping you busy right now.

yes and with all this stuff going on at work
and trying to get my MCSE and CCNA also

I also have had some people tell me you can't use net meeting 2.11 on a XP or 2000 workstations? The CODEC that uses the T120 interface uses serial and not IP and net meeting 3.0 uses IP only. But I have a lab I'm setting up to try to work around that problem.
