We have a about 5 PCs, networked together and one of them has a program I would like to use with all the computers on the network. Rather thatn install the program to all the PC,s is there a way to share it from the one that already has it installed?

Depends on the program. If the the install creates registry keys etc (as most do) then the only way is by using Remote Desktop. If not, just share out the folder containing the program and map a drive to it from the other clients. Create a shortcut pointing to the EXE.

Probably easier just to install it on the other workstations.

Better check on how that program is licensed to be used too.

Bear in mind, if you can just run the exe and the licence situation is OK, that PC is going to take one hell of a hit with the other 5 PC's acessing the file.

and what id someone turns that PC off because they have finished working
