Cisco router question
| Anyone see any issues with configuring a live router a few days ahead of time for an upcoming second connection that will be put in place? I will be configuring a cisco router to take another frame-relay connection, and I wanted to do it ahead of time so that I wouldnt have to go onsite, I could let the tech physically install it. Plus, there is no dial in at this point. I just wanted to go ahead and configure another subinterface on the serial port ahead of time, and I wondered if there would be any issues after I saved the configuration. Thanks for the advice in advance. | |

| Shouldn't been any issues as long as the config is saved to running config. Also, I know it should be obvious, but attach all cables, serials etc before powering on the router..... |
