No administrator login rights

| One of our clients has the following problem in Windows 2003:
They created a account with admin rights. But I don't know who make the mistake to configure the server. Disable this account and the initial administrator account. Now no one can login with admin rights. How to make the administrator workable again? | |

| If the server is part of a domain, any domain admin can log on.
I assume that's why the idiot disabled all the accounts on the server. |
