I purchased the '97% off all certification' package for $99.00 on Nov. 30, 2004.

I am having a hugh challenge in downloading
Propack.zip from

I keep getting this message:

Internet cannot download 27909~~Propack from site. The server returned an invalid unrecognized response.


I am also having problems downloading the video files from Winzip not recognizing them as valid files.


I am using a windows 2000 network computer.

Please help!

My credit card is already charged.
