I think we need more info.

What kind of connection?
Can the user get on the internet?
More details please.

Connection doesnt matter if you can get to everything else but that one site. Could be a firewall on that site not letting you through. At least see if you can ping that site and if so do a tracert to see where it stops.

It wasn't clear in the orignal post what was ment by "site".

Yes I would follow carpediumtoday's recommendation if you talking about a website.

Is it a private site that only certain people can get into? Any other details ?

Sorry Prezbedard, I understood it as a website. You may be right in thinking it may be a remote site.

My mistake, it is a website from one of our partner companies.

I asked the ISP Tech section, they told me to use other broswer or look for the answer from Mac Support Forum.

Potential issue on the coding from the ISP Tech...!!!

I ask the Webmaster, the coding shall not be the issue. Just HTML, Java and scipt.

The user got the right to access the Website.

The tracert stop at the Website. Nothing wrong.

Firewall - already define not the issue.

I need to check with Mac support forum again... headache!!

The issue, now force the Website team to reconfigure the format....

I tell the user to send in the Mac to us and check it out.

One user can't access the site, it mean the project fail to achieve the goals..

Management is hitting on us...!!!!
