A client informs you that your Internet site is down. You confirm that it is up and working properly by checking it yourself. Your next step should be which of the following?

1. Ask the client to use another computer

2.Confirm that the client is using the correct URL address to access the site

3.Tell the client that the site is working and to try it again later

4.Ask the client to try and access another website to determine whether she is experiencing Internet connectivity problems

5.Tell the client that the problem is on their end and move on to the next call
