Folders in Folder list keeps collapsing in Outlook

Ok, I have a question about Outlook. I have a user who has many folders in her Outlook 2002 folder list. She stores some of her messages in a PST file. When she drags and drops messages from one folder to another the folders mysteriously collapse on her. She would like for the folders to stay open. I've looked high and low for a solution to this problem. Anyone have any ideas?

This sounds like an interesting problem, with all of the fights I have had with Outlook, this has not been one of them. Good luck with it, If I run accross anything that will help I will sure post it. What version of Outlook are they running?
