Wow.
Talk about off-topic.

If you can catch the cat, I recommend punishing it by gluing it to your turntable as illustrated to your left.

well, it was tame cat, i did not notice this at time but it looked fat and had no balls so i think may have been pregneant, wich would expalin the vicious behavior. but my finger has swelled up and is tender. soap and water had not helped much. so i will go to doctor tomorrow as i understand rabies to be possibly deathful. thak you anyways.

You can get rabies from a cat. The greater danger is just a very serious infection. My son "disturbed" our cat in the middle of one of "her fights" through the sliding glass door. she bit his foot, and 24 hours later it was swelled to 1 1/2 times its normal size. He was on "horse pill" anti biotics for 2 weeks.

Check with your doctor.

Yes.

Mammals can transmit rabies. Hopefully, your animal had its shots to minimize this.

We have a stray we rescued from the 0-20 degree temps we have been having. It is in quanatine until we can locate the owner. The cat was without food for sometime, but since we don't know the true condition, it has a nice warm place in our mudroom. Away from everyone.
