| Hi,
Does Microsoft give us only one certificate --known as "Welcome Kit"-- of the first exam, even if we have passed two or more exams of the for example MCSE? and the one after passing the last exam?

They give you a welcome kit for each qualification. I.E , MCP ( 1 EXAM ) , MCSA , MCSE etc...  | |

| Do you mean that there is no differences between the people who have passed one exam and the people who have passed e.g. three or four.. exams.
There should be a paper from Microsoft to declare that how many exams someone passed and this paper (certificate) should be updated until the final exam. Isn’t it? | |

| your file is updated electronically but nothing else that I know of, but as long as you know what you have that is all that counts.
Knowing the stuff is more important than the amount of exams / certs you have. MCSA is only 5 exams while MCSE is 7 so plan it out so that you are getting closer to which one you want all the time. Good Luck.

When you become an MCP you then have access to a special section of Microsoft's website, you have your own profile, in which there is a transcript of all the exams you have taken. you can print this transcript out as proof of the Microsoft qualifications you have.
When you pass each new milestone you get a new welcome pack, your Microsoft 'Credit Card' gets updated and you get a new certificate. Oh and a nice little lapel badge  |
