I stuck ontrack, (v-com) on one of my pcs it was there system suite 4.0, now i am having problems with this machine being choppy when scrolling and the sound is choppy. I turned the firewall off and it is still is slow, sometimes it takes a long time to get it to go to a different sight, something seems to be robbing my memory but i check and there is still 68% left with me being on line, does anyone have an idea. I even went into netstat to see if anyone is trying to get in but couldn't find anything suspicious.

There is a fine line between troubleshooting and just starting over. Sometimes it is easier to start over.

In a case such as this I always uninstall the application and remove the registry key. Then see of you have the same problem. If not, reinstall. If so, you have to consider many other things including the possibility that your OS is FUBAR. Many times if I cannot find a particular issue I will just go ahead and rebuild the disk. After doing this so many times I do not see it as such a big deal like many others so. It usually takes less than an hour and a half. Just make sure you have your drivers.

The other thing you can do is phone them up and ask them why the hell they have messed up your computer and I have a solicitor and would you like to explain yourselves .. ??

By the way, ignore their disclaimer and simply obtain yourself with the material evidence [registry screenshot etc.] that you require in order to successfully sue.

Good luck!
