Space, The Final Frontier...
These are the voyages of the Starship ENTERPRISE,
its continuing mission, to seek out new life and new civilizations,
to explore strange new worlds, and to boldly go where no man, has ever gone before

to boldly go where no man, has ever gone before

I just think this was Captain Kirk, about to take care of the town virgins.

which in later years became

to baldly go where no man, has ever gone before

Kirk should have consulted with his English teacher before uttering that statement, he should have said 'To Go Boldly' and not 'To Boldly Go'....

Bloody idiot!!!!!!

He never grew up and P was always came before him. Naw that is probably all wet.

Actually Q was a take off of the original series Zeus episode. Super beings that could do anything and wanted to be worshiped as gods. Q has a few mental problems and is always getting in trouble with the other super beings.

Q was the chief Gadget maker in the Bond films and was played by Desmond Llewelyn

not to be confused with Robert Llewelyn who played the Android Kryten in Red Dwarf

tkelley91

2003-06-25, 5:52 am

who did they get to play Q in the new bond film? Did he pull of the part?
enforcer

2003-06-25, 6:01 am

John Cleese plays R, Q's replacement, they actually had him in the one before with Q, because they knew Desmond was on his way out.

He plays a bumbling idiot, bit like Basil Fawlty but without the walk

It's a shame to demean Q's part like that.
Q was a genius with a dry sense of humor not a bumbling idiot. My condolences for your loss.
