Hi all. Does anyone know of, or can recommend an ISP that you can encrypt all of your internet traffic to, which then they will decrypt it and route it for you? Then of course they would recieve the return traffic, encrypt it, and send it back to me?

The reason I'm looking for this is because I live in an apartment complex that provides free internet access, but it goes through their switches, and I don't trust the IT guy. So I'm looking for a type of ISP encryption proxy. Anybody have a suggestion?
