The update, which Microsoft released on September 7, contains three files: localspl.dll (release date: August 3), sp3res.dll (release date: July 4), and spoolss.dll (release date: April 30). For more information, see Microsoft article Q283795.



If so did you use it because of printing issues logged on as local account.
