Outlook 2002 Duplicate Emails

Does anyone have a fix for Outlook 2002 Duplicate Email issue?

I am not leaving copy of message on server so there is NO pop3uidl.dbx file involoved.
This only happens to some emails, No specific patterns, any help appreciated.
