Problem to install NAV 2003 on Win XP

| Problem,
I need to install NAV 2003 on one of the Win XP PC.
It is a completed installation, but when I clicked it. It told me to reboot. OK
Then I rebooted.
Next error message > Encounter Internal program error, please remove and reinstall. OK
Then I remove the NAV 2003, empty reg and temp as it recommend by Norton Support homepage.
Now, I reinstall and reboot. Same the Error message.
Anyone with suggestion!!!!
I did follow Norton KB solution from the web.
Nothing more amaze me than anything working with MS OS.

| I have not had that problem with an XP box but I did have issues with a Win ME. NAV gave me an error during the install and that was all she wrote. I ended up having to rebuild the whole OS. NAV is pretty violent... | |

| That is the solution, I try to avoid to apply.
