Free PC To Phone Calls

| Does anyone know of a free service which provides FREE Pc to Phone calls throughout Canada and the US?
I know Go2Net and Dialpad used to offer these services a year ago but now have a small charge to use their service.

| I believe Net2phone still has free pc to phone calls with in the US. I'm not sure about Canada though. | |
