I know why. You feared terrorist attack in N.Y. didn't you? I don't blame you and Phoenix is a great place to live.
Though the war in Iraq and thereabouts is ... well ... interesting ... I guess!

I don't think people in the West have too much to fear from terrorist attacks.

"Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge said Thursday authorities are investigating a threat against the Palo Verde nuclear power plant near Phoenix.

Armed National Guard troops stand watch outside the Palo Verde nuclear power plant Thursday in Wintersburg, Ariz.

Ridge said officials with his department, the Energy Department, the FBI, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and state and local police were investigating.

(a train if you're a pissed Jap)

"A drunk man sleeping between railway tracks in southern Japan suffered only slight injuries when he was run over by an express train that did not even wake him.

Railway officials say the 73-year-old fell asleep on the track, his body fitting between the lines, as the five-carriage express train approached.

The conductor spotted him but applied the emergency brake too late. The train ran over the man and continued for 100 metres before stopping.

The man was rushed to hospital but proved to have sustained only minor cuts on the back of his left hand and left thigh.

Police say the man was too drunk to realise what had happened."
