| i have this problem:i can browse to any site easily,but when i try to log on(bank accounts,etc.)i get a message like "site unknown",error,etc.maybe i triggered some security feature by mistake.i have also norton internet security.if i try to uninstall it,i get a message that i am not the admin.,even though i am part of a workgroup and i log-on without a user name and password.
please help

| if you cannot uninstall it, can you disable it?
can you not get administrator rights, or ask an administrator to disable the program for the sites you visit? | |

this is a peer to peer workgroup,there should be no admin. how can i get the system see me as an admin? | |

| click about Internet Explorer it will tell you if you have high encryption 128 bit .You can also download the high encryption pack from windos update. | |
