| There has been an explosion in Staten Island, NYC, about 10:20AM EST. Shook my whole frinkin' house. Seems like an oil tanker exploded. The plume of smoke is absolutely huge. Flames are shooting 100 feet into the air. It's sunny outside yet it looks like the early eve with all the smoke. Seems like an accident, by nothing has been ruled out. All Staten Island bridges are CLOSED to traffic. The West Shore Exwpy is closed to traffic. Here's a picture from my house: | |

| Terrorism has been just ruled out. It was an accident. I have no phone service, but for some strange reason still have DSL. I have to speak on cell phones. | |

| This is a horrible accident. Seems to be dying out now. Verizon says phones were not out, however just overloaded. That explains why DSL still works. | |
