Author pressing power switch delays the computer

I just replaced the power supply on this computer, now when you hit the power on switch, nothing happens. You hit it several times and nothing happens. Wait a couple of seconds after you pressed it multiple times and the computer comes on. We tested the power button with a volt meter and as soon as you hit the button, it comes on. I think there might be a delay from the mthbrd. Anybody ever run into something like this? I was thinking of trying to replace the wires from the power button to the mthbrd.

If you got right volt and power source, it shall not be happen like this.

Power button press, power go into the board.

If you need few time, your Res and Cap might have problem to work together with the power.

Double check your manual
