Find a Job with A Lot's CERT???

| You Know what Guys !!!!!
Now after successfully finished IT college and really hard work I got almost all my certificate.
Do you have any idea how to find a properly job if someone has a lots certificate ..
Some company send to me message that I'm over qualified is that not sad..
Specially I can not find anything with my MCSE SECURITY not even in the Workopolis
Exam Notes is a Professional web site and I use all the study time I like especially
Your short printable notes that help me at the need before take exam to approve an refresh my Knowledge..
If someone has any usable web address where can I go and register an look for a Job..

Well he is from Canada, english might not be his first language. Otherwise I would say return to school and get a cert in some of those soft skills. Tons of certs but what about experience. | |

| Might be worth 'dropping' some of the certs.
I.E only declare those that might be required for the job you are applying for plus one more . | |

This actually brings up a good question. Do you rewrite your resume to specifically gear it towards the position you are applying for? | |

Simple answer : yes
you should always try and tailor your CV/Resume to the job you are applying for. The basics should stay the same but prominence should be given to the skills which most match the job requirements. | |

| Yep you haven't mentioned experience, all those letters after your name might as well relate to sexual diseases for all the employers will care. I also noticed the poor grammer but then again I am not a journalist. I had about eight different resumes. You have to shape them to a job. What good is a CCNA if you are doing desktop support? With those amount of certs I would personally think you live and breathe computers and I wouldn't be able to keep you for long..........change your CV to specific jobs and good luck |
