Anybody heard of re-domaining?

I was looking at a job description that had this line.

Maybe they are moving from one domain structure to another, ie: converting from NT4 resource and user domains into W2K/WS2K3 domains.

Recommend to gain some experience as assistant or junior position first before take this kind of job. Error and delay can be a problem
