Author Questions about terminal emulation

Does anybody know if there is Sun Solaris terminal emualation available for Windows XP?

In addition, what are the limits of terminal emulation? For example, can I use it link my Win XP machine to my Sun Solaris machine, and hence have a de facto Sun Solaris client?

(I have been having monitor problems with my Sun Solaris box. I am looking for an alternate means to see what's going on inside it. I am not sure if I have to change its monitor settings or if my video chips are dead.)

Be more detailed about what you mean by terminal emulation. Putty and EasyTerm to name only two provide excellent terminal emulation. You don't get an X Window under Windows but you get a fine terminal. If either program doesn't detect your terminal type properly, let me know and I can send you a program that will.
