I was wondering if anyone can tell me what is ACTUALLY the best exam prep tool. I've always heard Transcender, and that is what I used for 070-210. But I Test-King and ExamSimulators are both cheaper and I was just wondering anyone had used them or if they know of a place that did an actual comparison between each.

Transcender is the only *legitimate* option in your list. Better yet: get a free copy of ExamForce software HERE.
