| Hi there,
Ok, i have a big BIG document but I want to change a single charactor from $ to the euro symbol. The $ sign is written a few 100 times so changing it manually would not be ideal. Anyone know a fast way of doing this?
BTW, its a mac but I dont think there is any major differences in Word from a PC

| hi m8,
yeah I've tried that one ofcourse but it only replaces the charactors from that point onwards. It doesnt go over the document and change the charactors

Oh yes it does. Do this:
Open the document
Press control and the home key
From the menu bar select edit > replace
In the ' find what' box type $
In the ' replace with' box type the Euro symbol
Then press 'replace all'
If that don't work, give up and do it manually, or get something other than a Mac. |
