Certmag subscription is free if you live in the United States. I've heard of this mag but had no idea it was free. Enjoy. Subscribe now and your first issue will be the January 2004 issue.

I'm bumping this up because it only got 20 views. This is FREE. I know you all like free. Just click on the link of certmag I gave.

Well that sucks. I live in Canada. No freebies for me, I guess...

That is too bad as it is a pretty good mag. Originally I think it was only free to CompTIA members. I was just renewed for a third year. Webmaster has had a couple of full page ad's in it.

FREE with what strings attached? Like if I don't cancel before like July I will start getting charged? Do I have to give a cc#?

As I mentioned Ruscorp my third year just started this month and they have never asked me for any money or CC# ever.

I first found out about it in the freebies for comptia members on their website. I don't know if that made a difference but I doubt it.

Originally there was also a mag for consultants with certifications from the same people. I think that I got maybe 3 issues and it disappeared. I guess that one was not sustainable but this one has plenty of advertisers and at least one or more articles per month that interest me personally. The e-letter also has things that don't appear in the mag. As enforcer said anyone can get the e-letter on the left side of the masthead at http://www.certmag.com/

Most of the print issue eventually gets put online to so I suppose anyone could read it online if they sign-up for the website. They are just after the statistics questionaire anyway to join the site. Can't say as I have ever got any unwanted spam attributed to them

They seem to have nice backing and clout. They managed to get almost 20,000 people world wide to respond to their new salary survey. They had the support of some big name companies to do it. It is online here is this works http://www.certmag.com/articles/tem...id=523&zoneid=1

Looks like the Swiss are the best paid of our lot.
