Author Windows 2000 Backround!

I downloaded a backround and have since changed it. <You may already know where I am going with this> The backround appears for a second right before my desktop starts loading and it also appears at the Windows Security window after hitting ctrl-alt-del.

This is on a Windows 2000 machine
