| I have two router (just find a less expensive old linksys).
I already setup a wireless network at the house. My basement don't have good reception on the "b" type. So I want to add this Linksys at the basement and try to get hook up the rounter at the 1 FL. Wiring is too troublesome
Can I used my 2nd router(also wireless)as Access Point function to target the IP address on my primary router (connected to the Broadband)?
Is it possible? Anyone know how? I got Netgear on primary, and Linksys on secondary.
Of course it work on theory and everything, but it is practical. Just want to confirm from you guy....

| Do you know how to keep your wireless network secure?

| It's possible, your second access point acts as a repeater. Go to the manufacturer's website on how to set it up. Each one is a little different.
The last company I worked for had acess points from three different manufacturers and wireless NICs from a fourth. Everything worked seemlessly together. |
