| Hi all, Iīm new here so I donīt know if this is the right place for my question. I took and passed my first 2 MCP exams (70-210 and 70-215) by the end of july, this year, at a VUE center in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and I havenīt yet received my welcome kit nor any notice from MS, so I donīt even have my MCP ID yet. They tell me that sometimes MS fails to send the initial e-mail notice with the MCP ID and also that MS takes up to six weeks within the US to send the welcome kit, so itīs much longer in Santo Domingo.
Iīd like to see your comments on this subject,

| You should have copies of your score reports. I'd say you've waited quite long enough. Usually I've gotten most any of my certificates within a couple weeks of passing. Even in the Dominican Republic I think you would have seen it by now. I'd call them.
Here is the number they have on their site:
Q. Is there a telephone number I can call to obtain information on becoming an MCP or checking on my certification status?
A. The customer service telephone number for the MCP program is (800) 636-7544 in the United States and Canada. Outside the Unites States and Canada, please contact the Microsoft Regional Service Center near you.

| The welcome kit is no longer automatic. You are sent an email telling you how to request the kit. It should have a week or less after your first test. | |

| Jus email em on MCPHelp@microsoft.com & they will get back 2 u.. i also did the same & got my MCP ID |
