Question for everyone- has anyone ever heard of a running process on a IBM Win2K machine called LogonSVC? It is also listed in Services with no description, startup type automatic. I have searched the Web and found nothing but a website that I can download this file from (I am presuming this is a virus). Any help would be appreciated!

See if you have a program called e/pop by Wiredred software; the exe is called epop.exe. If so it is a popup instant messenger, voice conferencing and application sharing utility for a win 2k network of computers. I think logonSVC is for remote control of logon to allow application sharing. You can check in here. http://www.wiredred.com/downloads/user.pdf
