| Can anyone tell me why I cannot REPEATEDLY access cert21 on Sunday mornings around 09:00 CET?????
I have complained repeatedly but have to date not received a reply!
BTW: It effects the whole of the cert21 site and some of the images on this forum.

If it is the same time and day every week then it seems logical that it is a maintenance period for the ISP. Backups and updates are required things that none of us can get around short of paying for mirrored servers and complex (meaning costly) maintenance routines. Anything that uses a database (ASP) is going to have this problem.
Given that this is a free site I don't think we can really demand 24/7 availability.

| If that's the case then everyone should be made aware if it...
The service seems to come back on around 14:00 CET! That almost our WHOLE Sunday.
BTW: I'm trying to access my Practise Test Questions....for which I have PAID!!! So think I have a good reason for complaint!

Then your problem most likely exists elsewhere. I use this site every sunday PST around 10 or so and it seems to be up in the morning. Next time try a tracert and see where the break is. I agree six hours down time seems excessive without some type of statement. |
