Pls Help: 554 5.6.1 Body type not supported by Remote Host

| Hi guys..
The above error message occurs when a guy from a external domain using Lotus Notes tries sending a email to my domain running on a MS E2k system.
I have never had problems with other lotus notes systems and he claims that he has never had issues with Exchange systems either, only in this instance....
This whole issue is causing us a headache and would appreciate some advise from the experts out there....

| Hi guys, turned out to be a problem with a MCaffee E250box we installed on our network....
By bypassing our DNS server from that to Exchnage 2k, it worked...
Strange as there are no settings on that to cause such problems |
