| Good link. I worked on a computer once that should have been repaired under warranty by HP. Their "tech" had come to the customer's house, started up the recovery CD and then left. That would have worked if the computer was totally unchanged since the original install. The program came across a device it didn't have drivers for and quit. She was left with a blank screen and a useless computer. It was easy to fix but I felt bad charging her since it should have repaired under warranty. | |
