| What if anything do you do just before an exam to get yourself prepared? do you have those lucky socks? pray to the test gods? | |

| I have taken all my exams on a Friday afternoon, and passed them first time. So I suppose, yes. Plus it gives me the weekend to celebrate.

| Maybe it's my imagination, but for me it seems like I do better on tests when I'm tired. Maybe it's because I know I'm tired and try to concentrate that much more. | |

| Well I pray every day like Tech Ranger says it is a part of my life.
I wouldn't call it superstition but I do have a "comfort routine" that I go through that helps me relax and get ready.
Get good nights rest before,
Wake normally and get dressed.
Make sure everything I need to do is taken care of "don't want a nagging feeling I left something undone during the test".
Go to Bob Evans resturaunt and eat around 7:30 AM and read through my study notes at the same time.
Go to work and forget about it until 9:40
Head to the test center.
Use the rest room and sign in.
Take the test at 10:00 AM
10:45 - 12:00 pass the test.
12:00 till bed time grin like an idiot. | |

I find that sometimes when I am tired, I am more relaxed, and this can actually help me to do things that are harder when I am more alert. Still, I wouldn't try it on a hard test. | |

They're lucky when they're positioned with the open part of the shoe facing upwards(so the luck doesn't run out), and as horses legs make the shoes face up and down then as the shoe fills with luck it then empties on the next stride... Or something like that!!! | |

| Always write on a Friday afternoon. Either makes for a great weekend or a crappy one. I don't go over my notes the night before, don't even look at a computer. Have a good nights sleep. Go over my notes most of the morning then go write. | |

| Haven't taken any exams yet so no superstitions to go by. Going to book for one pretty soon. Will start with three 'S' though Shower, Shave and Shit. o wait that's for an interview isn't it. | |

| My thing is more like I do not want to do anything different on test day than I have done on previous tests. For example I park in the same spot, carry in the same pen and take the test on the same computer.
I know it is fake but I know the one time I do not I will fail. | |

| For some reason I can not take exams on Friday. Every exam that I have taken on a Friday I have failed, yet any other day of the week is fine. I don't think that it has anything to do with superstition I think I just have too much on my mind by Friday. Superstitions are just excuses for why things happen, I don't believe in that stuff. | |

| I try to use test centers that have nice bathrooms since I pee like a nervous dog before and during the exam!
Went to one test center that was little more than a hole in the wall with a shared bathroom for all the other low rent tenants! I had to take that test very fast because I wasn't about to go in that bathroom  | |

| I passed my A+ OS on the first take, so when I went to take the core I automatically sat at the same computer. I didn't think about superstition until the women at the test center went to seat me at another machine. Looks like I know where I'll be sitting for my next exam. Before each exam I also took a minute to do some Zen breathing and clear my mind of everything but the subject matter. | |
